Restaurants and catering establishments controlled by the COPAE are identified by the “collaborating establishment” plaque.
These establishments are highly recommended because the COPAE supervises the certification of organic foods and that the reference used on these products is clear, unambiguous and does not mislead the consumer.
The consumption of local organic and seasonal goods results in the reduction of energy consumption while contributing to the sustainable development of the rural environment.
